Every day new people find their way in to Parlay Café at the Promenade Mall in Temecula for a coffee or espresso drink and are immediately taken by the unique environment which includes shared workspaces, conference rooms and a Members Lounge.
Parlay Café can be compared to a coffee shop or a co-working space, but it is very different from either. Parlay Café is in a category of its own – one of those “Why isn’t anyone else doing this?” ideas. The most common comment we get from first time visitors is “I’ve never seen a place like this – what a great idea!”
I am often asked “How is Parlay Café different from WeWork?” It’s a fair question – as many people have heard about WeWork and their recent challenges. So here’s the short answer – co-working spaces like WeWork tend to open one huge (30,000 square feet or more) shared workspace per market area in an office or industrial park, while Parlay Café will open several smaller (2-3,000 square feet) venues in that same market, but located in malls or strip centers.
The co-working spaces cater mainly to people who need a dedicated desk or office for an entry level membership fee of $300-$400 per month, while Parlay Café caters to the casual user who wants to work or relax in our Members Lounge for just $10/day or $95/month.
Both offer shared workspaces, conference rooms and phone booths, but while WeWork is primarily about work, Parlay Café was designed to feel more like the VIP or Executive Lounge at the airport. Our members tend to be entrepreneurs, people who work from home, business travelers, and just people who value a little pampering while they enjoy a better espresso drink or smoothie.
Come to Parlay Café at the Promenade Mall (Temecula) and see for yourself – the coffee bar and lobby seating areas are open to the public! You will appreciate the unique, upscale environment. You can find us in the outdoor area, downstairs between Macy’s and the Yard House. Check out our Members Lounge, conference Rooms and The Forum (our training room), all available for rent for your next meeting or event. Daily and monthly passes are available – ask for a tour!
